This recipe, submitted by talented Lebanese chef, Saida, is short and sweet but perfect for a crowd.  Adjust the quantities depending on your (and others!) needs.








2 litres full cream milk

15 tbsp corn flour

1 cup caster sugar

½ cup rose water

¼ cup ground pistachio

100 ml thickened cream



1.    In a non- stick pan add milk , and corn flour mix well , keep stirring until thickened, add sugar and the thickened and keep stirring.

2.    Then add rose water, mix till well combined.

3.    Garnish with ground pistachio.
