American Graham Crackers

American Graham Crackers

This is an American recipe from Laura Hemmelgarn, the mother of our intern, Jane Hemmelgarn. Graham crackers are not as readily available in Australia as they are in the United States, but here is a website that gives suggestions on what can be used as substitutes: http://www.essentialkids.com.au/forums/index.php?/topic/1068180-australian-equivalent-of-graham-crackers/

"My Mother-In-Law brought these to my daughter’s first birthday party (19years ago). At the end of the night, I wasn’t the only one with the recipe. This was a big hit and my favorite recipe that I ever received from her." -Laura Hemmelgarn
