1 packet of semolina

1 small packet of almonds, peeled and halved

1 tablespoon of cardamom

large pat of butter 

handful of sultanas


sugar to taste


Heat the butter in a large pan

Fry semolina in heated butter

Add almonds and sultanas and fry the mixture until it is brown

In a separate bowl, mix sugar with milk. The semolina packet will tell you how much liquid is required for that much semolina.

Add the milk and sugar mixture to the semolina pan, lower the heat, and let the milk soak in

Serve hot or cold, with ice cream if desired.
