Ingredients

5 cups plain white flour

water

Method

Boil water and add the flour, leave for five minutes to cool

Mix thoroughly to make a smooth dough

Separate the dough into small balls

Roll each ball flat on a board until you have circular sheets

Cook the roti on both sides over low heat in a pan
